GMS: Gas Plant Management System for Lite Gas Plant, Hassanabdal

The client: Lite Gas Plant, an LPG filling and distribution plant in Hassanabdal, Pakistan.

The challenge: Daily plant operations such as cylinder filling, stock, sales, customer and dealer accounts were spread across registers and spreadsheets, making it hard to see stock levels, outstanding payments and daily performance at a glance.

What we built: A custom Gas Plant Management System (GMS) that runs the plant from one dashboard. It tracks gas and cylinder inventory, records filling and dispatch, manages customer and dealer ledgers, handles sales, invoicing and payments, and logs expenses. Role-based access keeps owners, managers and operators on the same data, with daily, monthly and outstanding-balance reports for quick decisions.

The outcome: The plant now manages operations, stock and accounts in a single system instead of scattered paperwork, with real-time visibility for the owners. See our custom software development service.
